Leslie Dondarski
Owner of GlassDoor Fitness, Licensed
Massage Therapist, Certified Pilates Instructor
who is passionate about living a fit and
healthy lifestyle in body, mind and spirit.
I love teaching Pilates but am just as happy
teaching Cardio Strength, Absolute Core
classes or teaching one on one.
Working with my clients and helping them to
achieve and maintain their goals is a top
priority. When my clients make progress it
brings me joy.
Incorporating massage and bodywork into
their lifestyle helps me to share my nurturing
spirit.
Alyssia Saporito
In 2011, Alyssia enrolled into a 200 hour Yoga
Certification Training through the Yoga Loft of
Bethlehem to become an instructor. Since
then, she has expanded her knowledge of
movement with trainings in TRX, Self-
Myofascial Release, Mobility, Somatic
Flexibility, Core Strength Vinyasa, Restorative
Yoga, and Chair Vinyasa.
With over a decade of teaching experience,
Alyssia creatively crafts sessions that can be
adapted to all bodies and levels of practice to
help strengthen and open physically while
building mindfulness.
Her classes focus on connecting movement
with breath along with a strong emphasis on
anatomy and alignment. She has seen the
positive benefits that consistent and well-
rounded movement have brought to her own
life & health and is honored to be able to offer
the same experience to others
Michele Lepore
Generating and maintaining optimum health
has been a passion of Michele’s since her
college days.
Michele’s earned a Bachelor of Science degree
in Community Health from Montclair State
University in NJ. In addition, she obtained
her teaching certificate in Health Education
and a Master's degree in Teaching. Her
professional career was being employed as a
Health teacher by two different public schools
in NJ.
Her exercise history for the past several
decades has been at local gyms. First, at the
now defunct Xercise in Chester, NJ and then
for the past 12 years she has been a member
at the Gold's Gym in Flanders, NJ.
Her skills as a personal trainer include
Svetness, Crunch Fitness, and Glassdoor
FItness.

Sarah Jacobs
Sarah is a fitness enthusiast. As a former co-
owner of a Wellness space, Sarah recognizes
that fitness isn't a destination, and isn't based
solely on physical exercise. It is a mindset, a
community, and a method of self-care.
The wellness journey is unique to each
person and Sarah looks to connect with each
person where they are each time they walk
through the studio doors. Sarah focuses on
form, anatomy, and pushing personal
boundaries in her classes. She teaches with
an encouraging, educational vibe centered on
safe movement and progression.
Sarah's classes include TRX with a strength-
based flair, and Spinning, where the
movement flows from the music. (Playlist
requests entertained!)
Shanna Heverly
Shanna is excited to be teaching one of her all
time favorite workouts at GlassDoor Fitness.
Barre has been a massive part of her life.
First, as a supplemental training method for
her professional dance career and then as a
side career for past twelve years while
performing in NYC.
Shanna’s passion for dance lead her to a 15
year professional career in ballet companies,
Broadway national tours and television.
Along with teaching fitness, she is also a
dance instructor at various studios in NJ and
is passionate about training the next
generation of dancers to be healthy in mind,
body and spirit. She is excited to bring this
passion to clients of GlassDoor as well!
Brian Dondarski
Brian is a Certified NASM Personal Trainer
with a passion for fitness and living a healthy
lifestyle.
He has expertise in Injury Prevention. He
believes in a comprehensive approach to
fitness balancing proper nutrition and using
valuable techniques that minimize the risk of
injury and maximize physical potential.
Working with and engaging with his clients
keeping them motivated to reach their goals
is a prime focus of Brian’s approach to his
wellness training.
With a love of the outdoors Brian enjoys
golfing, hiking, skiing and gardening. An avid
foodie he likes to experiment in the kitchen
trying out new recipes or creating one of his
own.
Brian is available for personal training
sessions by appointment.

Instructor
