Yoga Flow

A unique combo of mobility work and Vinyasa Yoga that will help us build a stronger, more balanced, and more open body.

This alignment-based flow will increase our overall strength, stability, flexibility, and mobility in both muscles and joints while

helping us build a deeper connection between body, mind, and breath. Modifications and props will be offered in each class.

This is a great addition to support any fitness routine and open to all ages and levels!

Stretch and Flow Yoga

A unique combo of mobility work, self MFR elements, and Vinyasa Yoga that will help us to release our physical tension and

stress. In this session we will flow through movement that will focus on increasing flexibility and mobility to give us greater

range of motion while building a stronger awareness between body, mind, and breath. Classes will incorporate props such as

yoga blocks and straps for deeper stretching and foam/fascia ball rolling for a full body opening. This is a great addition to

support any fitness routine and open to all ages and levels!

TRX

TRX is an approach to strength training using your own body weight to build strength, power, flexibility, balance, and mobility. Suspension training develops physical strength while using functional movements and dynamic positions. Each workout gives you a full body workout while maintaining alignment with proper form using core engagement. Perfect for all fitness levels.

Barre

A high intensity, low impact workout that incorporates upper and lower body, and core exercises with a focus on balance, flexibility, mobility and strength through a fusion of ballet, yoga, aerobics and strength training. Props include the use of the ballet barre, exercise balls, light hand weights and resistance bands. Barre is appealing and approachable for all fitness levels and ages. you will leave each class feeling healthy strong and powerful.

Spinning

The Spinning® program is the original and most popular group cycling class. With no complicated moves to learn, a motivating group environment, expert instructors, and great music, you'll find yourself having a blast while you ride your way to a leaner, stronger body.

Absolute Core

This core-focused program is designed to build endurance, stability, and strength from the inside out. Whether you're a beginner or reinforcing your foundation, this plan activates every layer of your core-abs, obliques, lower back, glutes, and hips-while progressing weekly.

Yogabody Gentle Vinyasa Flow

A style of yoga that combines the flowing movements of Vinyasa with a focus on accessibility and gentleness. It's characterized by a slower pace, mindful transitions between poses, and an emphasis on connecting breath with movement. This makes it suitable for beginners and those seeking a more calming and restorative yoga experience.
